Ingredients

  • 6 cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • sesame seed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 package yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter or margarine, and milk.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Add flour and yeast, which have been mixed with 1/2 cup of warm water and a pinch of sugar.
  5. Oil your hands and knead the dough.
  6. If the dough is sticky, add more flour as needed to make it soft.
  7. Set aside the dough to rise until it doubles in size.
