Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boiled ham, sliced
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 24 oz. chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of ham in a baking dish.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of chili sauce mixed with dry mustard on top of the ham slice.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  4. Repeat the layering process to form a loaf of desired size.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool the loaf and then refrigerate before serving.
