Ingredients

  • 4 slices Genoa salami
  • 2 slices Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 small sub roll
  • 3 slices imported ham
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add salami, ham (cut into small pieces), pickles and onions; cook for about 4 minutes.
  3. Place cheese on top of all ingredients; cook until cheese melts.
  4. Place evenly into sub roll.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
