Ingredients

  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • fresh stem broccoli or frozen asparagus
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 ham slices

Instructions

  1. Take a broccoli spear, wrap a piece of Swiss cheese around it.
  2. Wrap a ham slice around the cheese and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Repeat with all 8 slices.
  4. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream with mustard to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the ham, cheese, and broccoli roll-ups.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350°F.
