Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 c. ham cubes
  • cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onion and chopped green pepper in 2 tablespoons of fat for a few minutes.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add ham cubes and cook for 5 minutes longer.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
