Ham-It-Up Snacks are savory roll-ups filled with ham, mustard, and cheese, topped with sesame seeds. Perfect for parties, snacks, or quick appetizers for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 slices ham sliced lunchmeat (4 x 7-inch)
  • 4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese or sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough into four long rectangles and press perforations to seal.
  3. Place ham slices on each rectangle. Spread with mustard and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Starting at the shortest side, roll up each rectangle and press the edges to seal.
  5. Coat each roll with sesame seed.
  6. Cut each roll into 5 slices, resulting in 20 pieces total.
  7. Place slices cut side down on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Immediately remove from the cookie sheet and serve warm.
  10. Reheat by wrapping in foil and heating at 375°F for 5 to 10 minutes.
  11. Can be prepared ahead, covered, and refrigerated.
