Ingredients

  • 1 boneless ham
  • brown sugar
  • brown mustard
  • whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Take your favorite boneless ham and score the top with a knife.
  2. Add a few whole cloves to the scored ham.
  3. Make a paste of brown sugar and mustard and spread it over the ham.
  4. Heat up your coals and bank them in the grill.
  5. Place the ham on the grill grid and cover the grill.
  6. Cook for 9 minutes per pound of ham.
  7. Cool the ham for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to the desired thickness.
