Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 lb. ground ham
  • 2 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

  2. Shape the mixture into one large loaf or two smaller loaves.
  3. Place the loaf(s) in a baking dish and bake until cooked through, approximately 60 minutes.
