Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons oleo
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Put potatoes, onion, water, and oleo in a covered dish and microwave for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a large bowl, combine milk, flour, and pepper; shake to dissolve the flour.
  3. Microwave the milk mixture for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the cooked potatoes and onion.
  5. Add diced ham and Velveeta cheese, then microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
