Ham-Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cheese soup

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1/3 can of cheese soup or grated cheese to spread over top. Cook onion and green pepper with rice. Mix with remaining ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes at 375°.
