Hamburger Bake Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 8 oz. pkg. noodles
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat hamburger. Add garlic and brown. Add sauce and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles.
  3. Put layer of noodles, sliced cheese, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
