Hamburger Corn Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small jar pimento (2 oz.)
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Brown meat; drain off grease.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Cook and drain noodles.
  4. Add rest of ingredients.
  5. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Top with cracker or bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 stick of oleo.
  7. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
