Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • water
  • 1 pound fried hamburger
  • 1 can vegetable soup
  • 1/2 cup onion

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick and enough water to make a soft dough.
  2. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Combine the fried hamburger, vegetable soup, and chopped onion.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the hamburger mixture onto the dough and roll it up tightly.
  5. Cut the rolled dough into 1 1/4-inch slices and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve topped with hot mushroom soup poured over the slices (thin the soup if necessary).
