Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large head cabbage
  • 5 to 6 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lb. bacon

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into strips.
  2. Place the cabbage in a baking dish and season with garlic salt, black pepper, and add butter on top.
  3. Lay the bacon strips over the cabbage.
  4. Cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and brown the bacon before serving.
