  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3/4 Tbsp. peppercorns or 2 tsp. coarse ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix lean hamburger with Morton Tender Quick salt, liquid smoke, garlic salt, and coarse ground pepper or peppercorns.
  2. Form the mixture into sausage shapes or patties as desired.
