Ingredients

  • 1 can consomme
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • little oleo
  • little cornstarch
  • small amount coconut
  • chopped ham
  • small onion
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, sauté chopped onion and celery in a little oleo until tender.
  2. Add the can of consomme and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in curry powder and small amount of coconut.
  4. Mix a small amount of cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add to the mixture to thicken.
  5. Add chopped ham and cook until heated through.
