Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing, prepared as directed
  • 1 1/2 cans golden mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Mix evaporated milk with ground beef.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 or 5 patties, about 6 inches in diameter.
  3. Place 1/4 cup of prepared stuffing in the center of each patty.
  4. Mold the meat around the stuffing to form a ball.
  5. Place the meatballs in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
  6. Pour the golden mushroom soup over the meatballs.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
