Ingredients

  • 2 c. broken rolls
  • 1 box Ballard cornbread mix
  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • lots of broth
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix until soupy.
  2. Other seasoning (sage, thyme, etc.) may be added.
  3. Better if mixed about 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
  4. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan (second pan may be needed).
  5. Cook at 375° until firm, but moist.
