Colorful and sweet Easter eggs made from buttery, sugary mixture, perfect for festive celebrations. Customizable with coconut, peanut butter, fruit, or nuts for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pkg. chocolate or white almond bark

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture to add coconut, peanut butter, fruit, or nuts if desired.
  3. Form the mixture into large and small Easter egg shapes and keep refrigerated until ready to coat.
  4. Melt the almond bark in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip the shaped eggs into the melted almond bark and place them on waxed paper to harden.
  6. Decorate the coated eggs with cake icing.
