  • 5 qt. chopped cabbage (2 average heads)
  • 2 or 3 green peppers
  • 2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 c. chow chow
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Place in refrigerator.
  3. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
