Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • potatoes, sliced
  • carrots
  • onions
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger, then layer hamburger, potatoes, carrots and onions in roaster until all are used.
  2. Add corn; pour tomatoes over and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
