Instructions
- Pound the roast slices in flour.
- Place one onion or pearl onion and a quarter or half slice of bacon on each slice of beef.
- Roll up the meat and secure with toothpicks.
- In an electric frypan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and brown the meat on all sides.
- Remove the meat and place on a skewer.
- Add flour to the drippings and brown them.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pan and stir to make gravy.
- Return the beef to the gravy.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour.
