Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes, peeled, cooked, cooled and chip thin strips
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked potato strips and grated Cheddar cheese to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until bubbly and golden on top.
