Harvest Vegetable Pie

Instructions
- Steam broccoli until almost tender.
- Drain thoroughly.
- Chop broccoli; add onion and cheese.
- Fold together lightly.
- Arrange in a greased 10-inch pie pan.
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, Bisquick mix, salt and pepper together with wire whip for 1 minute.
- Pour egg mixture over vegetables.
- Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
