Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw hash browns for 2 hours.
  2. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped onion, salt, and pepper well.
  3. Add the soup mixture to the thawed hash browns and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
