Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°.
- In a large skillet, brown meat with onion and green pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat.
- Add tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper. Heat thoroughly, then put in an ungreased casserole.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour.
