Ingredients

  • 8 small baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar or Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice each potato 1/8-inch apart, three-quarters through, creating a fan-like pattern.
  2. Place each potato on foil and drizzle with melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, onion salt, and paprika over each potato.
  4. Seal the foil around each potato.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  6. Combine shredded cheese with bread crumbs.
  7. Open the foil and sprinkle the cheese mixture over the potatoes.
  8. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
