Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 tangerines or orange sections, cut into pieces
  • 1 banana, peeled and diced, coated with 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1/2 c. sugar-free lemon soda

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, tangerine or orange sections, diced banana coated with lemon juice, strawberries, and lemon soda in a large bowl.
  2. Toss gently to mix all the fruits and liquids evenly.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
