Hazelnut And Raspberry Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 tbsp hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 6 - 2 1/4 inch tart shells
  • 1/4 lb raspberries
  • None None powdered sugar, to serve

Instructions

  1. Whip cream and vanilla extract to firm peaks. Fold into chocolate-hazelnut spread then fold in hazelnuts. Distribute between tart shells then chill for 1 hour.
  2. To serve, top with raspberries and dust with powdered sugar.
