Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Cream the margarine with sugar; add dark corn syrup.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and flour.
  3. Fold in pecan halves.
  4. Pour the filling into the pastry shell.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F or until golden.
