Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 medium tomatoes or 1 large
  • 2 yellow squash (small)
  • 2 green squash (small)
  • 1 medium Spanish onion
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. spinach (not frozen)
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 4 or 5 cloves garlic, chopped very fine
