- Drain the fruit well.
- Reserve 3/4 cup of fruit juice, adding water if necessary.
- Heat the juice until warm.

- When the gelatin begins to thicken, fold in the yogurt.
- Split the angel food cake horizontally into thirds.
- Fill each layer with the fruit mixture as you re-stack the cake.
