Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup crushed nuts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crushed nuts in a serving dish.
  3. Prepare the instant lemon pudding according to package instructions and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Sprinkle crushed nuts over the Cool Whip for garnish.
