Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Butter a Bundt cake pan.
  3. Coat the pan with chopped pecans.
  4. In a bowl, beat the vanilla pudding, cake mix, rum, oil, water, and eggs together until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
