Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 36 slices day-old bread

Instructions

  1. Combine melted margarine, garlic powder, parsley flakes, and oregano in a bowl.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Pour the herb mixture over the bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
