Ingredients

  • 16 to 18 oz. box roll mix
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh sage
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a food processor, combine the roll mix and herbs.
  4. Add hot water and softened butter to the mixture.
  5. Process until the dough forms a soft ball.
  6. Add all-purpose flour and process until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
  7. Place the dough in the prepared loaf pan and let it rise for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until the loaf sounds hollow when lightly tapped.
