Herbed Kipper Pasta

- Preheat broiler. Place fish, skin-side down, on an oiled baking tray. Broil for 4 mins, or until heated through. Let cool for 10 mins. Discard skin and bones. Flake flesh into small pieces.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook flour, stirring, for 1 min. Gradually add milk, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in parsley, capers, cheese and mustard. Add pasta and fish and toss to combine.
