- Saute broccoli and carrots in margarine until crisp-tender; stir in tomatoes.
- Place in four 8 ounce baking dishes.
- Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in combined remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture evenly over vegetables. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
