Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. original Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. pecan chips
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Cream the dressing mix into the softened cream cheese.
  2. Stir in green onions and grated Cheddar cheese.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball.
  4. Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator.
  5. Roll the chilled cheese ball in pecan chips and parsley flakes before serving.
