Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. chunky salsa
  • 3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Blend together the ranch salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, milk, chunky salsa, and remaining ingredients until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Spread the ranch mixture over 5 tortillas, then cover with the remaining 5 tortillas.
  4. Brush the tops of the assembled quesadillas with oil.
  5. Cook each quesadilla on a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Cut into wedges and serve.
