Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
  • Mexican cheese spread
  • chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Spread potato slices on a greased cookie sheet.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and place on a serving dish.
  5. Heat cheese spread according to label directions and pour over the potatoes.
  6. Top with chopped green onion and chopped tomatoes.
