- Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, green chilies, green onions, red bell peppers, and olives in a bowl.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll up each tortilla with the spread inside.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
- Remove plastic wrap from the rolled tortillas.
- Slice each roll into six 3/4-inch pieces.
- Serve with salsa for dipping.
