Cream cheese and Cheddar cheese combined with green chilies, onions, peppers, and olives create flavorful, easy-to-serve spirals perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. diced green chilies
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe black olives
  • 4 soft taco-sized flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, green chilies, green onions, red bell peppers, and olives in a bowl.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture over each tortilla.
  3. Roll up each tortilla with the spread inside.
  4. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
  5. Remove plastic wrap from the rolled tortillas.
  6. Slice each roll into six 3/4-inch pieces.
  7. Serve with salsa for dipping.
