Hurry-Up Leftover Rolls

Hurry-up leftover rolls are quick, cheesy wraps filled with seasoned meat and olives, perfect for a hearty snack or casual meal that satisfies all ages.

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. taco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked roast, hamburger or chicken, diced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 7 to 9 flour tortillas
  • black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread 1/2 cup of taco sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Heat 1 cup of taco sauce and add leftover meat and olives.
  3. Place a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla and set in the prepared pan.
