Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. molasses
  • 3 c. sour milk or milk with 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 c. bran
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. seedless raisins

Instructions

  1. Dissolve baking soda in molasses.
  2. Add milk, flour, bran, wheat germ and raisins.
  3. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
