Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Roast the green peppers and tomatoes until black in a 450°F oven.
  2. Keep the roasted peppers and tomatoes in foil to keep warm while peeling.
  3. Peel the peppers and tomatoes, then slice and remove the seeds.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Coat the mixture with olive oil.
