Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large sweet pepper
  • garlic and onion to taste
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium can corn, drained
  • 1 small package macaroni

Instructions

  1. Brown and drain the ground chuck.
  2. Cook the macaroni until tender; drain.
  3. Return the meat to the skillet and add the sweet pepper.
  4. Cook until the peppers change color.
  5. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, corn, and cooked macaroni. Mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Bake in the oven or microwave until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve hot.
