Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • black pepper to your taste

Instructions

  1. Press ground meat into bottom of a large piece of heavy foil. Slice carrots thin on top.
  2. Slice potatoes across thin.
  3. Slice onion on top, then season to taste.
  4. Bake 45 minutes at 375° or until done.
