Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • iceberg lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • stuffed green olives, chpd
  • 3/4 part Veg. oil
  • 1/4 part lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub wooden salad bowl with garlic.
  2. Add lettuce, tomatoes, green olives.
  3. Mix oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper for dressing
