Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart oblong baking dish.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serves 6.
