Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frozen cranberries
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 small can mandarin orange sections

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen cranberries in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
  2. Combine cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and mandarin orange sections in a saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool before serving or storing.
